Neighborhood Associations
The City of Kalamazoo has over 20 neighborhoods, many with a “neighborhood association” that engages with the City on issues that impact their community. If you select your neighborhood tab and you don’t see a link to an association, try searching for one online, as not all tabs are up to date.
Through Imagine Kalamazoo, a city-led process to create a Strategic Vision and update the city’s Master Plan, Kalamazoo aims to have all 22 neighborhoods develop a “Neighborhood Plan” to work within the City’s Master Plan. Scroll to the bottom of the following link to see if your neighborhood already has an approved plan and how it might impact your concerns.
